Are you tired, worn out or burned out on life? It would be an honor to walk alongside you in this journey to recover the life you’ve hoped for. Providing emotional CPR is just the beginning where we can build an anchor providing hope and accountability in order to help navigate your life. Allow me to show you how to rest, take a hold of who you are and learn the unforced rhythms of life. As a client centered, strength-based therapist I’d like to collaborate with and focus on getting you mentally and emotionally strong.
I specialize in working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, effects of trauma, crisis, relational issues, as well as transitional challenges. You are the expert in your journey and my role is to provide compassionate navigation.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience working with adults, couples, children and natural as well as blended families. My experience includes honorably serving and retiring as a military leader. I have served as a group leader both overseas and within the community, as a counselor in various county wide settings, with the homeless population and as a direct advocate for survivors of domestic violence. I continue to serve as a community leader, youth mentor and continue to advocate for survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking.
