Life experiences and relationships shape us in ways we don’t always recognize. Sometimes patterns that once helped us cope or connect can leave us feeling anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, or struggling in our relationships with ourselves and the people we love.

I work with adults and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, stress, and life transitions. I particularly enjoy helping clients explore what lies beneath what they’re experiencing and how past relationships and experiences may influence the way they connect, communicate, and respond to challenges today. With couples, I help partners make sense of why even loving relationships can become places where we feel disconnected or misunderstood, and create more honest, connected conversations about what each partner needs.

Therapy with me is conversational, curious, and collaborative. We’ll slow things down enough to notice what’s happening in the moment and make connections that may have been difficult to see on your own. I’ll be alongside you in that process, helping you turn insight into changes in how you experience yourself, your relationships, and the challenges in front of you.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than a decade of clinical experience, including nearly a decade providing clinical services to Active Duty Service Members and their dependents within the Department of Defense. As a military spouse myself, I also bring a personal understanding of the unique demands military life can place on individuals, couples, and families.
