Michael Simpson is a dedicated and compassionate therapist who believes that the road to healing can be both challenging and rewarding. Michael specializes in Exposure Response Prevention, Habit-Reversal Therapy, and Behavioral Activation and is passionate about helping clients better manage anxiety, depression, and body-focused repetitive behaviors. Michael has over 10 years of experience in the mental health field and has had extensive training in the treatment of OCD, anxiety, and depression. He has worked with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds.

He supports clients navigating anxiety, identity exploration, relationship challenges, self-doubt, life transitions, and long-standing patterns that no longer serve them.
